The Role
The purpose of this role is to support The Big Smoke team through a range of services across digital and administrative. This work from home role suits someone looking for work/life balance but who is committed to adding value to a dynamic organisation, and has the flexibility to meet differing weekly needs.

Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible across how these hours are achieved, with specific hours required for some activities)
Salary: $55,000 per annum pro rata

Strong attention to detail

Organise CEO and client meetings when required, ensure zoom links and agendas are prepared

Oversee technical documents and ensure up to date privacy

Ensure all company charges are processed, recorded and reconciled against calendar dates

Ability to collect correct content from team, create and format email templates

Send emails on behalf of clients and The Big Smoke

Ability to copy edit basic documents and websites

Ability to create and edit reports accurately with data provided from account managers

Ability to create documents, edit documents

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to use CRM and Marketing software (Such as Monday.com, Hubspot, Mailchimp)

Ability to arrange and audit digital filing systems

Ability to be responsive and communicative with team, and at times, clients

Ability to manage deadlines and tasks

Experience in basic Canva, Wordpress and wix is preferable but not compulsory
